Regular A/C maintenance can minimize issues caused by build-up dirt, microbial growth, and condensation. Left unchecked, these issues can corrode components & shorten the A/C lifespan.
Are your vent dampers closed, or blocked by furniture or rugs? That does not save energy. It can cause your system to work harder, prematurely fail, and increase duct leaks.
Change your filter regularly. That can improve your heating and cooling efficiency. Filters are designed to protect your furnace, NOT to improve air quality.
